Facility is nice but staff is deceitful. Facility has my dad which is a stroke victim sign discharge papers. We requested copies and they will no longer respond. They also moved my dad to a SNF without our consistent. We are looking into hiring an attorney. Erika & Lily are who we worked with. So disappointed in how my dad was treated like an animal and not a live human being.
I called multiple times and i don't get anybody to answer the phone, what kind of place is this that they don't have receptionist to answer calls... so disappointed, bad customer service, very unprofessional 😠😠
