My PCP gave me a referral to that place. An unprofessional social worker conducted an intake with me over the phone on two occasions. A month has gone by, and nothing else has happened—except for them billing my health insurance. I’ve called several times asking for help, but before I can even finish speaking, they’re already transferring me to another department. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I do believe it is their mission to "see how they do". This is the only medical office in my life and my 26 years of parenting that offers NO text, call or email appointment reminders. They have a very strick 7 minute late policy, no exceptions. Whomever is in charge never returns voicemails. Office staff lies for providers. I think it is a good place compared to some I have been in. All the A.P.R.N.'s and Dr"s are helpful and polite. I am on FMLA and they fill out my certification papers every 6 months. I have never had an issue with the ladies at the check in desks. They are good for medication management. I don't do therapy.
