Unnecessary stay getting called destructive and past misdiagnosis was constantly weaponized against me when doctor never truly listened to my physical health needs. I did get one medication that was good for me, one I developed an allergy to and one that promotes the hormone that caused my brain tumor. My PCP gave me a referral to that place. An unprofessional social worker conducted an intake with me over the phone on two occasions. A month has gone by, and nothing else has happened—except for them billing my health insurance. I’ve called several times asking for help, but before I can even finish speaking, they’re already transferring me to another department. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I do believe it is their mission to "see how they do". This is the only medical office in my life and my 26 years of parenting that offers NO text, call or email appointment reminders. They have a very strick 7 minute late policy, no exceptions. Whomever is in charge never returns voicemails. Office staff lies for providers. Wish I knew how to escalate this issue as I believe it is harmful to patients. It should be easier to get quality mental health care.
