IGT department is horrible my sons scheduled operation time was 9:15. They told us to be here for 7:30 and we arrive at 7:30 just to wait over 3 hours.. still not seen by anyone and people keep coming in and are being seen before us which makes no sense this place is absolutely horrible not to mention when we ask how much longer we keep being told 15 minutes and over 3 hours have gone by. I have been here for 7 hours now since 11 pm last night. I was told there was only one doctor on staff. This rating is based upon the wait time. Have still not seen a doctor for my daughter who is in pain with a swollen mouth. It is 7:16 and i am still waiting. I was told there was only one doctor on staff until 7 am. In the emergency i just saw a doctor now at 7:51 and still another hour im told to have to wait…. Im so tired. And i maybe just have to go to a dentist…. Lord have mercy.
