Drove all the way here because it’s supposed to be better. It’s the same disorganized mess like any other hospital. Been here for 10 hours and counting no results of ultra sound or urine samples no doctor insight. Nurses come in everyone once in a while to check vitals and give pain meds like zombies. Brutal. It would have been faster to drive to the US.

We had a really good experience. Dr. Mark and the team are super helpful, they are professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring.

This review is based on 2 visits I am a PSW so I know what the signs and symptoms are so when my then 2 &1/2 year old had RSV I brought him into sick kids told them all the symptoms and clearly said I would like them to check for it but was then told it's just pneumonia however that he needed to be admitted but there was not a bed available for him there that he would be transferred to St Joseph's! IGT department is horrible my sons scheduled operation time was 9:15. They told us to be here for 7:30 and we arrive at 7:30 just to wait over 3 hours.. still not seen by anyone and people keep coming in and are being seen before us which makes no sense this place is absolutely horrible not to mention when we ask how much longer we keep being told 15 minutes and over 3 hours have gone by.
