Colleen has a very snide and unprofessional attitude. I have a loved one in this facility, and if she answers the phone I know for sure I won’t be able to speak to my loved one or even get a call back. She needs to find another profession, one that doesn’t deal with human beings.

My son spent about 2 weeks here. It was the best thing that happened to him. They actually tried different medicines. After my sons discharge they actually called to see how he was doing. They also send a letter of how he can contact them if he needed any more help. They put the local agencies in the Wyoming Valley areas to shame. True professionals . I believe the local agencies and their workers live inside a box. They do not act as professionals with college degrees. Thank you Horsham clinic for all the help you have give... read more
