Dr. Jillian Smithers is the best in the business and I’ve been a patient for almost 7 years now. I’ve noticed a few of the recent reviews slandering her for the communication process these patients received. Dr. Smithers has an automatic reply to every email stating how busy she is and to anticipate a delayed response. In all my years, I’ve noticed when great medical if found (and it’s rare!) it usually comes with patience because the Doctor is in such high demand. I was a patient here for almost 4 years. For the first 2-3 years, things were great. She was attentive, responsive, & I felt like the care I was receiving was worth the amount of money I was paying (out of pocket, btw). I referred my mom, sister, husband, & daughter to her as a result. I would tell anyone & everyone about how much she was helping me & I would encourage them to go get their labs drawn. I can’t recommend her enough! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and truly heard. She’s incredibly kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. It’s clear she genuinely cares and takes the time to understand what’s going on. I felt supported every step of the way—and best of all, I feel so much better on the treatment she recommended.
I was hoping to avoid writing a negative review, but after being a patient of Dr. Smithers for 5 years (since April of 2020), I’ve also been ghosted by her with no explanation as another review states. I wonder how many others have also had this experience recently. While I won’t rate her treatment plans and work with me one star, it’s always been phenomenal. Placed an order for Restore on the doctors website and it never shipped out. Contacted 3 times, no response, and had to reach out to my bank to get my money back. Have ordered in the past with no issues, do not order because you will probably not recieve your product.
