I had an amazing experience! This was my first time trying acupuncture, and I was honestly terrified of the needles, but she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She was incredibly attentive, gentle, and calming throughout the entire experience. The office was also very clean, peaceful, and relaxing. I left feeling so glad I gave acupuncture a try and would definitely recommend her! I can't wait for my next appointment with Dr. Smithers

The first consultation I felt like she was super helpful and I was so excited. Then she had completely ghosted me for months. I had asked many times for her to write a statement to get this covered by my FSA. She told me she could and then she never did. She only ever responded if it was to get my money. I felt heard and understood from our first conversation. Many questions she asked were things I never would’ve known to attribute to my hormones and as soon as I started the treatment, symptoms improved. I really appreciated her following up to make sure that we were getting my levels back to where they need to be so we could make any necessary changes. I am grateful to have found someone so knowledgeable and thorough!
