The first consultation I felt like she was super helpful and I was so excited. Then she had completely ghosted me for months. I had asked many times for her to write a statement to get this covered by my FSA. She told me she could and then she never did. She only ever responded if it was to get my money. I felt heard and understood from our first conversation. Many questions she asked were things I never would’ve known to attribute to my hormones and as soon as I started the treatment, symptoms improved. I really appreciated her following up to make sure that we were getting my levels back to where they need to be so we could make any necessary changes. I am grateful to have found someone so knowledgeable and thorough!
Dr. Jillian Smithers is the best in the business and I’ve been a patient for almost 7 years now. I’ve noticed a few of the recent reviews slandering her for the communication process these patients received. Dr. Smithers has an automatic reply to every email stating how busy she is and to anticipate a delayed response. I was a patient here for almost 4 years. For the first 2-3 years, things were great. She was attentive, responsive, & I felt like the care I was receiving was worth the amount of money I was paying (out of pocket, btw). I referred my mom, sister, husband, & daughter to her as a result. I would tell anyone & everyone about how much she was helping me & I would encourage them to go get their labs drawn. I can’t recommend her enough! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and truly heard. She’s incredibly kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. It’s clear she genuinely cares and takes the time to understand what’s going on. I felt supported every step of the way—and best of all, I feel so much better on the treatment she recommended.
