I had to follow the rental process remotely, and the system worked beautifully. They carefully reviewed all of my background checks, and it was impressive to see that smart, capable people handled everything without repeating mistakes or needing to redo tasks. Most of my interactions were with Cindy Turcios, who is a kind and helpful lady. Communicating with her was very smooth and reassuring.

We moved into a 2 bedroom apartment at The Horizons about two months ago. We’ve been very happy with the apartment; the rooms are spacious and have big wall to wall windows, tons of closet space, we love our balcony, and everything was clean and working when we moved in. We’ve haven’t had any problem with bugs or mice (we’re on the 4th floor). The neighborhood is really nice; lots of great places to walk to in Cherrydale and Ballston isn’t too far away either. Scheduled for a virtual walkthrough and was confirmed by email and call. However, at the show time, the staff did not call or send a link. I called the company and was told that they would have their staff contact me. Waiting for another 25 minutes, still no call or email from The Horizons team. This is not how a business works in America. Thanks!
great… if you like mice!! there have been small problems since my roommates and i have moved here such as my drain in my shower not working from day one and still not working till this day and things just falling apart in general that were never fixed to begin with. however, my biggest concern here is the absolute infestation that my apartment has dealt with involving mice. we are clean and keep our food put away, yet since January we have had a mouse problem in our apartment that has only gotten worse. we have woken up with... read more
