Leasing office is very responsive. Kindo and Thomas the maintenance team are great. It’s been a pleasant experience overall
Big shout out to Mr. Thomas George, the head of the Horizon's maintenance. He is experienced, kind and goes way beyond expectations to make sure your issues are resolved and you feel comfortable at your apartment. My family lives here since October 2024, after our family grew to 2+2. Our first experience with the staff was mixed, but ever since the management and the head of maintenance changed, our experience has improved tremendously. Big thanks to Michelle for her leadership!

I absolutely love living here. My home is amazing, the neighborhood is perfect for my son and I. The staff is so friendly from the leasing office to the maintenance. Michelle, Cindy and John (leasing) are the best. They stay on top of all your needs, they’re warming, responsive and polite. Kindo ( maintenance) is so kind, respectful and helpful, he goes above and beyond and gets the job done. 10 outta 10 highly recommend 🫶🏽😊
