Awesome, everyone is caring and helpful, love doctor Krystal and the nurses. They are honestly the best I've been to.
They are hard to reach. Rarely answer the phone. Will cancel appointments and not tell you until you get there. Office staff is really the issue they seriously lack professionalism. I don’t know if they haven’t been trained or if they honestly think they know what they are doing. Negative reviews aren’t something I take lightly. This place earned it. A year’s worth of headaches. Well I’ve been using there service for a while now, and I have underlying health issues so when they allowed us to still be seen via the lifesize app during this pandemic, I was very happy that I could be safe in the comfort of my own home. Unfortunately there are now variants, specifically “Delta” that’s affecting more people than before but this “Hope and Healing” facility is now denying us the use of the app to still be seen and get our proper meds.
