Dr. Kaylee and her team are amazing. They are well educated in pelvic health in all aspects from pregnancy and postpartum to menopause. They truly care about all of their clients and their wellbeing. Huge difference between them and insurance based practitioners.

The hope docs are a phenomenal practice that I highly recommend. As a new mom, returning to CrossFit and lifting was a big goal of mine postpartum. Choosing to receive care from the Hope Doctors was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I came to Dr. Johanna with debilitating period cramps that would leave me bed ridden for days. Unsure if pf therapy would really help but also unwilling to cover up symptoms with birth control, I began doing the prescribed exercises to learn how to connect with my pelvic floor and release tension in the muscles that would contribute to the pain.
