AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I showed up at 2:50pm for a 3:00pm appointment and sat in the empty lobby as directed via message from Hope Connection. There is no receptionist to check in with. I waited for over an hour and the therapist never arrived or came into the lobby. I sent messages and attempted to call. No response or answer. I later got a text saying they mixed up the days and were working with a woman that randomly showed up instead of showing up for my appointment.
