Ordered take out from here today - we had a Tri-Tip Sandwich - Brisket Sandwich - Pastrami Sandwich & The Adult Grilled Ham & Cheese...great reviews on the Pastrami & Grilled Ham & Cheese - neither the Tri Tip or Brisket Sandwiches had any BBQ sauce on them - all though the menu states that they do...they need sauce - dry and lacking much flavor. Wanted to try the Mac & Cheese but they were out - Mac Salad & Hoosegow Beans were both very good...would go back again but need to ask for a side of sauce
Friendly owners with good BBQ. I dare anybody to find home made pastrami sandwich anywhere near this price! Yummm.
Great food in a nice clean atmosphere. The staff is friendly and service is great. The food is among the best BBQ around. The prices are very affordable. Well worth checking out. Recommended. I hope to visit again soon! :)

I never thought I would be able to say that I had a great meal and a wonderful experience while we were in The Hoosegow! What a great BBQ ' joint', a clever idea, clean, inviting and friendly place. We will definitely be repeat customers !
