Unprofessional, rude, and straight mean people
I believe I just experienced the worst customer service ever from this business. Business owners...be courteous and helpful to customers that are paying you. Have technology that will record and maintain your transactions. Never tell anyone that you are not going to provide a service for them and that you won’t refund their money. You don’t get something for nothing. BIG MISTAKE!

For the protection of our clients and their gift certificates. You are require to provide the gift certificate at time of service. We can not look up gift certificate purchased by someone else and provide someone with that information. Sorry for the inconvenience but gift certificates are like cash. You need to keep track of them.
