I’ve hesitated writing this review for 6 years, it’s a small business and it was hard for me to swallow that people can be such frauds.I started at Honey after I was recommended by a coworker for the 0-4 month and I loved the women in the class and Julie the leader. I have resisted writing a negative review of Honey for years because I try not to write negative reviews of small businesses, especially those purporting to support new moms. That is super needed! Unfortunately I’ve witnessed or experienced Honey missing the mark time and time again. And there is a new business (4th Tri Sanctuary) that I’m hoping will fill in the gaps Honey leaves. EDITED BASED ON (CANNED) RESPONSE: I have missed only two appointments with my therapist throughout our year and a half together, and understandably have paid their fees as these were my mistakes which, yes, I agreed to upon accepting care from them. The insinuation that I do not respect my therapist’s time is outright incorrect and libelous. Sadly I have to echo the sentiments of others on here who have had the same experience. They simply do not actually care about moms even though they are supposed to be a place that is FOR moms who need help. My wife gave notice when needing to cancel an appointment but never heard any confirmation that it was in fact canceled so she was on the call for the appointment as scheduled. She has a screenshot showing that she was on the call at the appropriate time and yet, still, we are hit with a bogus $130 charge for the second ... read more

This is my first google review ever, which I think says a lot. I wanted so badly not to review Honey poorly. The idea of honey is fantastic, who wouldn't love support for moms? Unfortunately, my experience has not been positive. The people I have spoken to have all been nice and kind, but the service overall has been lacking.
