Called for an estimate due to sagging ceiling and they said it will be 3 weeks before they can come out and look. Very unprofessional. Just from the phone call, I would not use them.
The guy who came was very nice and polite but the quote for our deck was extremely, unreasonably high. Over 3x higher than our other quote. So unless you are wealthy, this company is not for you.
My experience was "measure once, cut twice" with this company. I found the work was overpriced and not done to standard or on a schedule. Small bathroom remodel. Crafts people painted but didn't cut out edges or trim. Result is uneven painting, drips and sloppiness. Transition strip between tile and carpet was cut too short. When I pointed out it wasn't flush caulk was used to fill the gap. I saw apathy from owner and estimator when problems arose.
