My experience with the Honey Do Service team was the best possible under the circumstances. Home repairs can often be stressful, expensive, and complicated, but John and his team made the process much easier. They were informative, professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them again.
My experience With The honey do service and Lake Norman was top-tier! I called last minute needing three TV mounts removed and Melissa was so nice when I called. She remained in communication with me to let me know when my craftsman was on the way. Mr. Don showed up to save the day with our move out. He was very friendly and very efficient. 0 STARS – AVOID AT ALL COSTS I hired this company to replace a shower pan and install a frameless glass enclosure. The cost was comparable to full gut-and-retile quotes I had received, so I expected a high level of quality. Jeff, who initially stood out in a positive way, was the only highlight. **0 STARS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS** Hired them to complete a shower pan replacement and frameless glass install for a handsome amount of money. Similarly priced to quotes I was receiving for an entire gut and retile job. Really liked Jeff who stood out to me. That's where the positive words end. The project was originally completed on February 21st.
