I had previously paid to lighten my hair. Unfortunately when I went for a retouch and for maintenance, they darken my hair without letting me know and I came out atleast 2 shades darker. I did not want to go back to again out chemicals in my hair and damage it More so ended up with that color.

I have had blowouts all over the world and am very particular in what I want. Jocelyn was very patient and gave me one of the best blowouts I’ve ever had. I wish I could take her with me to London! If I lived in Pasadena I would have a standing booking with her weekly. Thank you Jocelyn.

I've been to this hair salon for almost the past three years and have had Joscelyn as my hair stylist. I can't rave enough about her and how well she cuts and colors hair. Whatever you show her, she can do. I always leave happy and relaxed. Last time when she did my blue highlights I was there for about 6 hours , she made it very enjoyable. The salon atmosphere is always great coming in. I definitely recommend this place for your next haircut or whatever you envision for your hair and ask for Joscelyn.
