Terrible place to deal with. Went in to try to get a meal and was told that you have to call ahead which is fine. Didn’t know about it but the person that told us we had to do that was very rude about it so we placed the order for the next day. Went to pick it up. My wife was told that she could get au gratin potatoes out of the freezer when she got there to pick up the turkey pot pie and when we got there to pick up the meal, there was no au gratin potatoes. The blonde women is beyond rude, told me who cares if I wanted the Christmas special.
I picked up my order today. The staff was so kind and professional helping me rearrange some things as my party size had changed. The gentlemen even offered to help get it to my car since I had my baby with me! Exceptional service and attitudes by all the staff I interacted with! Very impressed!
Amidst a long and hard work day I decided to try The Honey Baked Ham Company for the very first time. I was happy to discover that the Garden Salad I ordered was just what I needed. It's going to be just the fuel i need to get through the day. When I do decide to place an order in the future I would most definitely order this again. All of the ingredients were fresh tasting and in a generous portion size.
