Placed an order via third party order delivery company on Friday for a Monday delivery. This was supposed to be delivered to a family as a condolences for the loss of a loved one. The order was scheduled for delivery between 5pm and 5:30pm. At approximately 5:45pm we still had not been notified of the order being picked up.
