Purchased two sandwiches. Classic ham sandwich was made up of HAM PIECES instead of slices, as though they were left over from earlier sandwiches. Bread on the Tavern Club was extremely dry, again with ham pieces instead of slices. The sandwiches are too expensive to be poorly made. These felt like corner cutters.
Can't believe I have driven by for years without entering! What a gem of a food spot! A huge shout out to the manager for making this place feel like a southern home! He was sweet, kind, and explained things so well! The recommendations were perfect and the food was delicious! I was always hesitant to come because of being vegetarian but the sandwich meal was excellent!
