I visited this location on 10/08. I’ve become a regular here and usually order the same thing — a Turkey Classic, toasted. This time, I called in my order for pick up and I accidentally forgot to say “toasted” but realized as soon as I walked in. When I asked if it could be toasted, the employee told me no, but that she could make me another one and charge me for two sandwiches. That response felt unreasonable and condescending.
