Went into the restaurant on yesterday and ordered (2) ham classic meals. There were 3 associates working and very distracted talking about being tired of working in the food industry , not liking weekend work and getting a second job. Very negative to hear while waiting on my food. Stopped in for lunch and was very happy. Both ladies behind the counter were so friendly. The Tavern Club sandwich tasted great.
I visited this location on 10/08. I’ve become a regular here and usually order the same thing — a Turkey Classic, toasted. This time, I called in my order for pick up and I accidentally forgot to say “toasted” but realized as soon as I walked in. When I asked if it could be toasted, the employee told me no, but that she could make me another one and charge me for two sandwiches. That response felt unreasonable and condescending.
