Satisfied customer Our lab loves the food and licks the bowl clean I like the ingredients and that it’s lightly cooked and human grade
Our dogs love the food. The box says at one cup per day, the box will last approximately 29 days. Wrong. The box lasts approximately 23 days, taking one level cup per day
My pets did not even want to try it. They promised on their website but did not return my money. Don’t waste your time and money.
I just bought 2 small boxes of Minced Grain Free Salmon & Cod Recipe cat food. My cat loves it. I'm glad, I give her about 2 tablespoons at a time, once a day, she free ranges with dry kibble/freeze dried combo and is an indoor/outdoor cat. So far that seems to be working for her.
Great product but horrendous customer service. Tried using their auto ship and have had an issue with almost every order I have received so far. Good luck trying to get someone on the phone to resolve an issue. Phone lines are open 3 hours a day Monday thru Friday. For a brand selling product nationwide and to large distributers (Amazon, Petco, Chewy, etc.) you would think they would have someone available to address concerns when they arrive.
