I HAVE FOUND MY NEW SHOP! I can tell that Mike and his son are honest and thorough. Mike spent time with me in my car with his scan tool explaining every step and again back in his office. We may have more trouble shooting to go but I have full trust in this place. Bring your vehicles to this shop.
The Honda specialist is a complete scam. I feel sorry for those unaware of cars, as they’re being scammed. I visited for an evap system issue, knew the exact problem, and just wanted it fixed. After explaining, he said it would take an hour. I waited, and after an hour, he told me he cleared the code and I could bring the car back. Clearing a code only takes five minutes, and I didn’t ask them to do that—I could have done it myself. Took my car in to get a cold start rattle looked at and was immediately greeted by Mike. Though I ultimately opted not to do the repair when looking at the cost against the car's current value, Mike was completely honest and meticulous in his explanation of what was wrong and clearly knows his stuff. Would recommend these guys
The owner Mike is experienced very knowledgeable kind, transparent and very helpful. Good thing my old mechanic retired because Mike is way better in helping maintain my 2009 honda civic and to boot his shop is down the street from me. My vehicle started to make a fault, I didn't know where to go and I just found this specialized Honda shop. I saw that it had very good reviews, so I didn't hesitate to visit it. It was the best decision! Despite not having an appointment, Mike and his team checked my vehicle and found the fault. The repair was very quick and the prices were quite fair. Mike was very honest in telling me about other failures and we will definitely visit them again! We are very grateful to have found this place!!!
