We brought our 2014 Honda CRV in for service. Had a starter replaced and new spark plugs. Mike was great. He pre-diagnosed our problem. Set an appointment and got it done. Very pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with. Fair pricing and honest. I/we have dealership anxiety about our car being worked on but we have great confidence in Mike and he will be our guy going forward. Mike and staff do an excellent job when it comes to your Honda. Quality work and I have to say I will never take my vehicle to the dealer anymore after having been treated unfair many times. So glad to have the option to have Mike and crew service my vehicle!
Mike is an expert in his field, Honda's... he found a problem others couldn't. Unfortunately, we have since realized he had made problems for us also. Our car is worse than it was when we brought it in. Within a week he used the scan to see the problem. Why twice in one week? The scanner would've found the problems the first time. We've since had it scan elsewhere and we have 3 misfire.... we spent almost $4000 at the Honda Specialist and still we can't drive or car until it is fixed properly. Very disappointed.
