Do not ever give your business to these idiots. I bought a pair of Golden Ear Triton 1's for $5000. I took them in to have repairs done under warranty in October 2018, so they gave me a pair of beat up demos as loaners until mine were repaired. I would call periodically asking for updates and all I got were excuses. After eight months I said enough is enough I want my speakers or replacements.
