Avoid This Complex – Unfair Charges & Terrible Management My husband, our girls, and I lived at Homestead Apartments for one year (3/15/2024 - 2/14/2025) and had no pets. However, the previous tenant, who was evicted, had a dog, and the downstairs neighbor frequently complained about dog urine on the balcony before we even moved in. Me and my boyfriend just moved in within three months and got out car broken into from each car we own the second car nothing happened and we reported and even told the manager but nothing happened. This second time happened the window got broken into and the manager said there is not much that they can do. To call cooperate but we have called three times and no answer.
