every room had its own bathroom but besides that (and my roommates) everything sucked. Cheap rent is blindsided by the outrageously high utilities. Not to mention plumbing issues whenever it gets old. Better off living at one of the nearby complexes even if it’s a little more. Way better off.
finally moved out- stay away super cheap built homes!!! Always have issues with plumbing in winter there are better options without the frequent maintenance issues and parties
