For over a year now, since I moved in, I have submitted so man y service requests for issues that were already there before I moved in. All of them are not taken seriously. Over half are not being inspected or repaired. Since early May of 2026, I have submitted over 9 service requests for my A/C unit, which keeps going out with the outside fan not turning.
