We were told we had a simple counter top job. It has been a fiasco from the get go. False deadline, inaccurate stories, wrong color quartz, delay after delay. We chose quartz because we were told it was an engineered product and every slab is the same. Apparently not. By far the best location to find flooring and home design products of quality and offered at great pricing. Don't settle for the big box stores, make sure you visit this location before making your selection. They offer full service.

My wife and I went to this store with porcelain sample in hand. Spoke with Mike and he looked at our sample, made a phone call and gave us a verbal quote right there. Called him back two days later and asked him to send a written proposal via fax. Several hours later, when it did not come, I called back again and spoke with his wife, explaining my situation. she assured me it would get done that day. Never heard from them again. Obviously, I took my business elsewhere.

Because of the good rewievs, I called the place to get a quote on new carpet for appr. 1200-1500 sqft. Now here is what I encountered. The owner's wife Katrine(?) answered the phone right away. She seemed extremely friendly and very personable! I give her a quick describtion why we want new carpet and what kind. Our home is only 2yrs old, but has the base-grade carpet the builder put in, in the living and sleeping areas.
