The level of care they showed towards my love one was exceptional. I was concern because I live out of state and was unsure if my aunt would get the quality of care she deserved. I was very impressed and at ease knowing my aunts transport services and other health related needs can be facilitated through The Home Care Specialist.
They actually listened and created a custom plan of care that works perfect and our CNA is always on time
