We needed to replace a 20 year old roof and four skylights. We asked several companies for proposals, but Jay was clearly a standout. As the owner, he is obviously interested in customer needs and accomplishing a superior job. The price is very fair, he arrived in advance first to check out skylight measurements and then the day before, to make sure that items around the house were safely out of the way. We asked Jay Gleason and his company, Home Wise Pros, to install a new roof on our home. He had done so on a previous home for us also. We were very happy with the result. They finished the job in one day and when they were done, the property was immaculately clean. Jay was the first one to arrive and the last to leave and he personally, made sure that all trash, nails and debris were removed from our property and our neighbor's. His prices are very reasonable and workmanship is superb.
Jay provided personable, professional, and proficient service. His price for a new roof was very competitive, his estimate to start and complete the project proved accurate, and his texting pictures during the project provided understanding of the process. The crew cleared the area, and Jay followed up a few days laters to check on my satisfaction. I highly recommend Jay and his company Home Wise Pros.
