I would like to say thank you for being stand up people and getting the situation handled so quickly. I know that replacing an AC and furnace is expensive and the owner was on it. My family is grateful for his response and fixing the issue. As well as adding the shed in the back to provide us with extra storage space for our belongings. One of the best team's I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They take good care of their tenants, are excellent communicators and make sure everyone is taken care of. Tony is a phenomenal guy and he really goes the extra mile on everything. Can't say enough great things about this place!
Our duplex that we just started renting back in July was taken over by this company, we were told we would be in “good hands”. To start off Tony had reached out to us to introduce himself and when we asked about possibly getting our garage insulated his attitude got very snippy and he told us we need to get our grass cut first before he even talks to us about that.
