This company only caters to Asians. That’s racism and discrimination right off the bat. Their realtors pull no shows and showing up 1/2 to hour late with zero communication and after showing up late past their show time take longer than the time requested. Worst customer service experience ever!! After 6 weeks of run around and lies from their delivery company we were told they couldn’t get an 80 ft trailer down our drive. However we are replacing an 80 ft trailer that was driven down our road. Salesman Mike is sexist, my boyfriend and I were doing the paperwork and he ignored all of my questions but adamantly answered all my boyfriend’s questions! Never buy from them
The staff at The Home Store are friendly, courteous and professional. Scott Moore is a great salesperson who will treat you right and get you the most house for your money. I highly recommend Scott Moore and the rest of the staff at The Home Store.
