As the first contract with this builder in The Homeplace of Southport, and about the third homeowner to move in November 2023, I have mixed reviews to say the least. The quality of construction for the price point is great. However once you get your CO and keys, the builder definitely lacks in the ability to facilitate getting things repaired from the appropriate contractor. I was the first contract with Premier for the Homeplace of Southport. Zero regrets. Great quality build for the price point. Premier builds where and what they wouldn't hesitate to live in themselves. Very happy and love my home. ❤️
Great Value and Joelle is very helpful for anything you may need help on. Terry addressed my punch list items and completely finished them within 2 weeks of me moving in.
I am close to 80 years old, have owned 5 houses in my lifetime, it is the first time that I have ever written a review on a builder, this is the only place I’ve ever seen where the homeowner takes care of the punchlist and there is no follow up
