I started working with Patricia almost a year before our move. She stayed in contact and made sure we had all the info on Clarksville before arriving. Now we are in the process of buying land. I worked with Ashley Griffith purchasing our home years ago and have referred many friends to her since. As a brand new home buyer I had no idea about any of the processes, she worked with us and taught us everything we needed to know. It was a very smooth process with no problems, she maintained constant communication the whole time and was by far the best realtor I've ever worked with.
