Josh came out to conduct a home inspection for potential buyers of my house. It is tenant occupied and although she should have been out of the house, she wasn’t. First of all, the phone number listed here is not a working number. Second my problem is with the Pest Detective, which is a division of this company. Basically, Gene overcharged us, lied to us, and cancelled and rescheduled many times. We had mice in our basement. Gene told me that he would rip out the mouse nest and seal up any openings where they were coming in. He did neither. For $260 he came and set up 9 mouse sticky traps.
