This site is very low on stock of so many things, and a lot of items have been removed from the shelves permanently. Lowe's has better selections these days. Shame.

The contractors affiliated with this Home Depot location are the absolute worst. The company, CFI, cancelled at 4:45p on the Friday before my install because an installer quit. This was after it took a month from the time of purchasing the door to even get the installation appointment. On the day of the installation, the installer called almost an hour late to give a vauge time frame of when he might arrive. You might want to think twice before placing a special order from this store. We ordered a one-panel solid door back in January. It came in and the box was correct, but there was a two-panel hollow door inside. They sent it back, but it is now May and we still have not received the correct door. Whenever we call to ask, they push out the delivery date from what we were given on a previous call. Always THOROUGHLY inspect anything you order before you leave the store or sign for a delivery. We ordered flooring and a flooring installation last month. We still have not received it. We called last week they said we’d get it this week. I called today, they said hey accidentally sent it to California. We have family coming from out of state and wanted to have this done in time and it looks like that won’t happen. I would not use Home Depot again for flooring or installation. Very bad experience!!
I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and I even try to practice patience, but the people at this store have run out of my benefits and my patience. No they were not rude or nasty, as a matter-of-fact they were very pleasant. However, when a customer has to wait months to get a repair done that should have been fixed in a couple of weeks, pleasantries no longer suffice. I wish I would have listened to my cousin and gone to Lowe's. Next time for sure.
