Well the shipping and receiving department is about the worst of all the Home Depot I delivered to 3 hours for 12 pallets
An appliance delivery that was assured to be a breeze resulted in two failed deliveries, incompetency on the part of the delivery technicians, ambivalence on the part of the Home Depot staff member who sold us the appliance, 3 days of missed work, and a grand total of 23 phone calls (>2 hours on the phone or on hold) until we finally received the service that we paid for. I would not recommend Home Depot for appliances.
Just had a wonderful experience! Wade in plumbing was beyond helpful. I called in with a couple questions about a potable water hose. He was extremely helpful on the phone. When I went into the store, we happened to run into him! He helped us pick up every single solution we could possibly need to solve our problem. He had an awesome attitude and was beyond helpful. Thank you!
Worst customer service of all time. No one knew who could help me to cut a simple piece of wood so it would fit in my car. I am a school teacher and had to get a morning substitue because it took the employees 30 minutes to finally help. This was for a kids project and they were wandering why I was late. Boy did I have a story for them.
I have been shopping at home depot for years and have had nothing but pleasant experiences. This home depot however is terrible. If you are in downtown seattle go to ace hardware or some other store because this place is bad with customer service, returns and pretty much everything else.
All they have is a price. The customer service just sucks I prefer McClendon's Ace Hardware personally Lowes is even better
