I stopped by yesterday to find 5 x 15mm screws. I asked Travis for help so I can find it. I’m not very knowledgeable when it comes to Home Depot. I’ve only ever been in there a few times in my life. I showed him an instruction manual that had listed the size and he quickly said “oh that’s not helpful” and I mentioned that the size was on the paper. Convenient but chronically understaffed and the staff they do have don't know very much. In store pickups take longer than they should. A little disorganized in weird aisles that aren't labeled it clear where they are. Update: increasing a star because it's been a lot better lately

I'm really upset about my Dad's experience at the Keller Springs Rd Home Depot. On October 1, 2025, my Dad visited the Home Depot store in the morning to buy home supplies for our family. What he expected to be a regular trip to the store turned into a disappointing and saddening experience. Anthony is the best Customer service ever. He took his time to help me find the items I needed and even carried them to my car because they were a little heavy! The way he took care the customers even better than the five star restaurant staffs! Everything was great when I shopped here! Thank you so much Anthony!
