The worst customer service ever! You have to call and call their corporate offices and they lie too....BAD experience!
Does anyone at Home Depot in Pelham, AL ever answer the phone? Had a simple question for the Lawn and Garden Center and have been trying to talk to someone for over 3 hours. Unbelievable!!! Would get in my car and drive to Home Depot but the traffic is horrible this time of day.
I had the absolute BEST experience with Home Depot today!! They helped me surprise my husband with his birthday gift � and did so happily! They went above and beyond! I told him I needed him to pick up some things for work for me today because I couldn't fit it all in my car....and instead he picked up his new grill � Not only did the Home Depot (Pelham) employees help me pull off the surprise; they also made him a card and put balloons around it to make it extra fun!
