It doesn't let me give zero stars, so I will have to settle for one. This afternoon I asked an employee just inside the front door where I could find metal clamps that fasten with a screw. Clearly put out that a female could be asking for such a thing, he copped the most condescending attitude and pointed me toward the hardware section. Turns out, worm gear clamps are in aisle 37, all the way at the back - no where near hardware. This "dumb girl" managed to figure all of that out on her own. Way to go, Home Depot.

DO NOT BUY THR $199 BRICKMANN GRILL. Luckily we bought this grill on Memorial Day. It lite up write away, BBQ was great. Turned it on the next day...not so much. The day after, the grill does not heat up. Hot dogs and kabobs went on and an hour later, the dials did not change the heat flames. I'm not sure who is writing these reviews, please do not purchase this. Invest your money into another grill. $199 buys you dirt, fact. Home Depot is great...getting issues resolved not so much
The employees at West Roxbury Home Depot are all very friendly. It is an absolute pleasure to go to this Home Depot every weekend and get the immediate assistance that I need.
