I came to this location to rent some tools and when I use the door "in the rental department section" a broom hit me right on my nose and face. When I asked who put that broom there when people use that door all the time a cleaning guy said to me "you didn't see it?" I said no! How im supposed to see it from outside? He then had the audacity to say "so your glasses dont work then? I went shopping for a wheelbarrow today at the Edgewood Home Depot. It did not fit inside my car so I asked for help. James and Terrence responded to my car quickly and determined the wheelbarrow was not going to fit. However, they took it to the back and within minutes returned with it partially disassembled and it easily fit into the car. They were very kind, patient and they came up with a solution. Great employees at the store.
The personnel had zero knowledge of the products also of no help
