It’s crazy how HD can pitch online orders as a convenience when I spend half the day waiting for them to bring my order out. It’s literally faster for me to pick, pull, ring up, and load myself. Don’t even get me started on how INACCURATE their inventory is….im taking quantities off by DOZENS. Get your crap together. This applies to ALL Hawaii stores.
Bought an A/C. The cashier made a mistake, and didn't give me the rebate. I complained, they accepted to give me the rebate, but they first charged me again for the AC, then gave me a refund, but not on my credit card. Instead they gave me the refund in credit store. Now I'm stuck with a $440 credit store card, that I can use only at HomeDepot. Better shop somewhere else. I never had any head ache at Lowe's.
