I called like 20 times. I can’t get a hold of anyone 🤦♂️
Went to customer service three times to try to get Assistance in wire cutting in aisle four. I’ve been waiting here 20 minutes. I have even called the store to try to get somebody to come back and help me and here I wait still. I’ve had two employees walked by and I asked them if they can help me and they said that they cannot help me in the section and then they just walk away. When time is money this is not a place to go if you need help.
Terrible customer service and customer contact. I don't know why I went there when Lowes is closer to my home.
This is the cleanest Home Depot I have ever seen. The staff here are also the most polite and professional Home Depot staff I have encountered. The Aloha spirit flows through this location and anybody paying attention could tell.
