Good luck getting help
Kona's the place. The pro service team is awesome. Sunshine was amazing, seriously. We had some issues with the delivery, like missing stuff and damages. Sunshine jumped right on it. Then, Cathy, the supervisor, helped with the delivery and made sure everything got credited and replaced. They set up a new delivery for the missing stuff. We got everything the next day. Great team, for real!
Unfortunately, they didn't have the rubber washer size I needed for a water line to a kitchen sink.
The workers are always nice and helpful. Highly recommend!
