Super friendly staff. Everyone was asking if I needed help. But the check out was ridiculous. I do all the work, or try, but someone gets called away to help someone else so now I am waiting even though I had been waiting. I am not a fan of having to scan everything and then give full price. I am doing the work while people watch. Doesn't work for me, pun intended.

I needed some PVC roof panels and they were 8 feet long but needed them cut in half so I could fit them in my truck and that was also the length I needed. Tried home depot on guelph line in Burlington and they flat out wouldn't help. Tried Rona in Burlington...same thing. They won't cut plastic. I called the Burloak Oakville Home Depot and Nando said to come in and he would help cut them!! I went there and Nando was on lunch but the guy covering took the time to cut 5 panels for me!! I purchased a swing from Home Depot using my Home Depot credit card, well within the 365-day return policy. Unfortunately, the product has serious safety flaws—the nails used to fasten the swing parts were sticking out and caused cuts to my family members.
