Went to Home Depot Appliance Dept and the CSR was on the phone. He saw us and continued to ignore. (Same old guy who's been there since the dawn of time)!! He could have acknowledged us saying he would be on the line with the customer and then assist us or call someone else. This was extremely rude! We went to Best Buy and purchased our refrigerator/freezer there. What a huge difference! We were welcomed at the front entrance, asked what we were looking for and immediately assisted.
