In and out salesman helpful in locating my item
Easy to shop around. New stuff
Typically get great service on the sales floor of this store, however I ran into an issue with trying to make a return. The customer service associate (older female) did not allow me to return a charger and battery within the return policy due to it not being defective. She specifically said that the item must be unopened or have a defect in order to return.
