I had an issue with a contractor and Home Depot stepped in to make it right. Very pleased with outcome. Spoke too soon...going back to HD to fix more contractor blunders.
Not the biggest home Depot but does the job.
Had an issue with the delivery of a bathroom vanity. Apparently they use a 3rd party. I called the store and long story short, they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Thank you very much to Customer Service representative Kira and Store Manager Raman!
Yet again another poor experience. This may have been the longest process ever to get a dishwasher. We went in and purchased a $1200 dishwasher with delivery and installation on July 14th today is August 28 and we are still waiting to get it installed. We were told that day it was back ordered and it would take 3 weeks to be delivered which we agreed to. 2 days before delivery they called to tell us it will be another 2 weeks before delivery because they havent gotten the shipment.
