My experience on March 23rd in ordering my new Weber BBQ was really good. Sales person was amazing. It was to be built and delivered today. Which it was. Only issue it wasn’t assembled. I called. The lady at the customer service desk seemed less than interested. She said they would pick it back up and then assemble it and re-deliver. No apology or anything. An inconvenient parking lot but otherwise it's a home Depot and they're all basically the same. Didn't have what I was looking for (plastic corner bead) so ended up going to a competitor.
