Some of the worst in store customer service ive experienced. Not only did two girls that worked there ganged up on me when I asked for a receipt, they refused to call a manager or supervisor saying "no you wil be dealing with me" took $172 of mine refused to give me a receipt and said they cant help and to come back in 10 days if it was still an issue. I am really disappointed for this store’s online delivery service. I ordered moving boxes from the website, and these were delivered by DoorDash. The delivery guy is really bad for he did not contact me, just leave my boxes in the front door of my apartment. I picked them up downstairs by my self, and I found some boxes are damaged, but the store does not want to take any responsibility for that, they told me the boxes are good when they picked them at the store, they want me to take those boxes back to store and to see if I... read more
