The customer service here is the worst I've ever seen. Ordered a stove in store and was told the appliance would be delivered into the basement and the old appliance hauled away only to have it dropped in my driveway. When I refused delivery and tried to get a refund I spent 2 hours back in the store with an associate only to be told it would take 3 to 5 business days to process the return which ended up taking 20 days. Some of the worst in store customer service ive experienced. Not only did two girls that worked there ganged up on me when I asked for a receipt, they refused to call a manager or supervisor saying "no you wil be dealing with me" took $172 of mine refused to give me a receipt and said they cant help and to come back in 10 days if it was still an issue. They then took down all my info claiming they would call me about the issue and i never got contacted. Today im going to the store to find the employees and locate their info ... read more
Terrible customer service. Can’t help me try and find a product and left me waiting around for a hour. Taking my business elsewhere
