We’ve had some not pleasant experiences with order picks ups and deliveries. Very frustrating considering we drive over 4 hours one way to this store. This is not necessarily the stores fault. We also recently purchased an item that a person tampered with. They took the new parts out of it and put their old parts in it- so when we got home to install our shower kit- all used parts, people are ridiculous. But, I must say. I certainly hope the store keeps the shopping carts inside. When you walk into a store and there's no shopping carts and you have to go back outside to get one, that's not cool! That doesn't make you want to shop there!!
