I was overcharged and went right back to the til I had gone through - the guy said he hadn’t overcharged to take it up with customer service. I said the display is right there showing a lower price than what you just charged me. He told me it’s the system not him and to have some respect. So. Shopping in home depot as a non-east Indian, older woman is tolerated but you’d better not question it if you’re overcharged. And did I feel threatened by his hard eye and aggressive behaviour? Yes I did.
I had a wonderful experience with Lisa at Home Depot. She assisted me in a very professional and helpful way, making sure all my questions were answered and guiding me with the best options for what I needed. Lisa is extremely polite, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are satisfied. Excellent customer service like hers truly makes a difference. Highly recommend speaking with Lisa if you need assistance!
It has gone downhill. Used to be friendly helpful staff and now that staff is almost all gone. Online orders never arrive on time. Should have just ordered from Amazon and now no longer get anyone answering the phones. We avoid going at all costs now.
