It has gone downhill. Used to be friendly helpful staff and now that staff is almost all gone. Online orders never arrive on time. Should have just ordered from Amazon and now no longer get anyone answering the phones. We avoid going at all costs now.
I reached home Depot at 8:54 pm. The guy already closed the door when i was there. After see me he come to me and said its closes come tomorrow. I told him politely that google shows your store closed at 9:00 pm. He is so rude told me that come tomorrow its closed, do whatever complaints you want to do. Please change your time to 8:45 pm on google or open it till 9:00 pm. People come with many expectations to your store from very far. And tell him to talk nicely from next time.
Just spent 30 minutes trying to find products I needed, finding empty spaces on the shelves... no employees to help get from overstock on higher shelves so I did it myself only to be greeted by a line at the self checkout because there were NO CHECKOUT staff.This place has never been very good and it is spiralling to the bottom. Will just avoid from now on and go elsewhere. Thanks for no stock and no staff yet higher and higher prices... maybe I could just do all of your work and pay you for it.
Great American operation with a very good quality garden center and helpful staff.
