I went to Home Depot today looking for a handrail and the metal holder/bracket that attaches it with screws. I had already searched online, found the aisle and bay number, and located the rail myself. Since I wasn’t sure if it was the right fit, I asked an associate for help. The first person couldn’t find it, so he called another associate who managed to find the railing. Never will I purchase a product from home depot again. Bought 2 toilets in May 2025, one was repackaged and damaged, the other might defect and they will not take back. American standard. Very upset. I have a rona and home hardware I'll go to from now on.
