I am surprised I am leaving Home Depot a 5 star review. My last few shopping trips there have not been too great - from one employee telling me I needed custom insulation for my dishwasher (not true it is a universal size) to ordering wallpaper for home delivery and the lots not matching at all upon arrival. I tried AGAIN on the wallpaper order since online showed 114 rolls in stock. Stopped by around 1:30 on a Sunday at Home Depot Cranberry to place an order for windows for a home we are building. (Estimating a $15,000 purchase) Waited at the desk for 1/2 hour; whomever was to be working the desk was MIA. One employee said the window person would right back; 10 min later, another told us he would let him know we were there. After a half an hour we gave up. Had one of the best experiences with the staff. Super helpful every step of the way. Especially the man who helped me get the tile I wanted - calling for help to get the forklift operator - and John who rang me up and made sure my coupon got applied to my purchase.

I’m always amazed that Home Depot’s exist. I had to make a quick run from a job site. I spent nearly 40 minutes in this store while the employees walked back and forth looking for the item I said was not on the shelf. Every person I talked to took me to someone else who took me to someone else. Started with over $100 of product in my hands. Left with nothing and made the trip to Lowe’s like I should have in the first place.
