I ordered a washer on May 2nd to be delivered May 8th. It did not arrive within the timeframe so I called the store and was abruptly told they had until 8:00 pm. I pointed out that this was incorrect according to my email. I was given the warehouse number to call. The customer service rep informed me the driver had a problem with the truck and my delivery was rescheduled for May 10th and I would receive a call to verify. Jeff helped me find some electrical wire and cut it for me etc. He was a gem. I didn't need to look very long to have someone come help me. Thanks Jeff! Saved me from wandering around for hours.
I ordered online some bug-killer and sent me grass and weed killer. I returned the item and the employees and staff graciously took the I got the correct one. But I had to go to the store.
No one wanted to help me. Its a big nicer home depot
