Always has everything I need
This morning, my mother in law stopped in to purchase quick set concrete for a small project in her yard. The young man who assisted her in deciding how many bags of concrete she needed insulted her to her face, stating “I can’t think of a better way to end this sentence except to say… dumb.” To insult a patron to her face because she was unfamiliar with the process is completely inappropriate and unacceptable. Consider better hiring and training practices.
Possibly the worst experience of any Home Depot I've ever had. I went in for close to $20,000 flooring order, paint, carpet and counters. Walked by an employee (dark curly hair/glasses and hat) working the forklift at 12:30 on a busy Friday. I walk from a blind aisle while he is dropping a skid of flooring when he says " don't ever do that again!" I responded asking him what he said again, to which he said "don't do that again".
