SLOW at the return/ online pickup area
Another excellent experience at Home Depot! I was 2 hours away from home, working for a customer that lives one state away! I have never been to this Home Depot, but got the exact same professional help and assistance I get at my local store! Great staff, eager to help and assist in loading!
***Read until the end, it's worthy*** We made a purchase online, I was aiming for a washer and dryer set, but ended up selecting the wrong dryer. The third party delivery service was a true nightmare. They couldn't move the appliances upstairs at first because they had muddy shoes and didn't have shoe protectors, refused to take their shoes off, we had to reschedule their visit so they could move the appliances upstairs and unpack it (they still stained our new carpet and scratched walls), that's when we realized we had the ... read more
