I bought a wooden crate from this location, needed some help so approached a persian guy (big moustache) in appliances section, he was talking to a colleague. Very dismissive and rude attitude. He did answer the question but tried to demean me. Definitely missing a lot on customer service skills.
I had a great experience with Victoria who was working in customer service desk . She helped me a lot with spending her time to do my return Even she helped me to unload stuffs when unloader person didn’t respond to help me and bring a cart for me at the end for remaining my shopping. Thanks Victoria She helped me again in customer service Thanks again Victoria You are awesome
