I have pressed this button and stood out front of their tools aisle waiting for about 15 minutes for someone to open thei power tools cabinet so I can grab and get out. There is only ONE person apprently that has this key. Awful customer ser ice.
There was a younger Asian woman working the self checkout at the contractor entrance when I checked out at 12:51. She was busy, and still delivered service with a smile and politeness. Even though she was pulled away to deal with another customer, she still turned to me as I left and with intent, said thank you. This is rockstar level customer service and has the power to attract more business because we feel valued and like our money mattered. Thank you, and please teach others to deliver this same level of service.
