Very helpful staff. A gentleman (in the pump section) helped us find all the things we needed. Even checked the back room for item that was said to be available (on website) but was not on the shelf. I think this is my favorite location. Easy access, lots of parking.
Haven't had any luck with the Pro Desk here. First time was a VERY young guy who was way out of his element, didn't know anything about the Home Depot design tools or materials. Not his fault, but was frustrating for how far I had to drive to not get answers. Second day I went back with another project question, this time waited for 15 mins after they paged someone to the Pro Desk... Nothing. Ended up walking out and going to Rona.
Staff was exelent directing us to where the item we needed was. Store well organized and well managed.
They have what you need but best to wait for sakes most time if u want a bargain
Dorthy at customer service was wonderful!! She helped me return a door lock even when the process took longer than normal! I would absolutely recommend this Home Depot!!!
