Bunch of employees weren’t willing to help and would just tell me to go somewhere even though they didn’t know where the tool was. Jade helped me find it right away after 45 minutes of searching cause of the confusion from other employees. Shout out to Jade. Turns out they could just search the tool up on their phone.
Today, June 5, 2026, I visited the Home Depot location at 750 St. Albert Road, St. Albert, AB several times throughout the day. During each of my visits, I interacted with an older female cashier. Every time I approached the checkout, I politely said “Hello” or “Hi,” but she never responded to me once. Len was amazing!! I was in such a rush to get the crew the items they needed. He helped me find each item. Very friendly and came up to the pro desk to make sure I found everything from the aisles he directed me to. Wade at the pro desk was lovely as well. Always great help here
